Tiffany told how they would sit on the floor of her closet, painting each other’s nails. During this bonding time, it was very apparent that the fumes from the nail polish would cause them to feel sick after so long. Tiffany explains how our nail beds are directly connected to the blood stream and our fingers are making constant contact with our mouths and our food. Also touching on the link between lung cancer and manicurists. These are some of the reasons why creating non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan nail polish was very important to Tiffany. Tiffany also has an extensive background in the fashion industry; having transitioned from modeling into wholesale retail and having a strong love for fitness and health. No credit cards or business/personal loans because I didn’t want to feel anxious with the return on my investment. Most of my startup cash went into product development, so that added additional dilemmas in regards to advertising and promotional products. Being an Accountant by day has helped me overcome these obstacles by sticking with a very frugal budget.” – Tiffany
